Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Where we ship from

To keep delivery fast and to comply with EU and US import rules, we ship from European and United States warehouses depending on your location and the product.

Delivery estimates

Europe: 3–8 business days after dispatch.
North America (US & Canada): 4–10 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier and customs delays can occur.

Shipping costs

Europe: flat €4.95 — free over €69.
North America: flat €9.95 — free over €99.

Taxes & duties

For deliveries within the EU, applicable VAT is shown at checkout. For other destinations, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking & issues

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact support@spooltheory.com and we will make it right.
