How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days from EU or US warehouses. Delivery is typically 3–8 business days in Europe and 4–10 in North America. See our Shipping Policy.
Which printers are your filaments compatible with?
Our standard 1.75 mm filaments work with the vast majority of desktop printers, including Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality and Anycubic. Product pages list recommended print settings.
Do you sell 2.85 mm filament?
Selected lines are available in 2.85 mm — use the diameter filter on the shop page.
How should I store filament?
Keep it sealed with desiccant, away from humidity. We stock dry boxes and desiccant in Storage & Drying.
Can I return opened filament?
Opened consumables are only returnable if defective. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. See Returns & Refunds.
