Your right to cancel (EU)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, for items that are unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

Consumables

For hygiene and quality reasons, opened filament spools and other opened consumables can only be returned if they are defective (e.g. inconsistent diameter, tangling, or a manufacturing fault).

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@spooltheory.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We will send return instructions and, where relevant, a return label.
  3. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping for non-defective items is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
